I took the cheapest plan and I'm very satisfied. I received my login details very quickly and could start on my website. The domain name was registered very fast too. My site has been running for a while now with no downtime yet, and it's nice and fast as well.

I couldn't restore a backup file because of an error. I reported it to the helpdesk and the problem was resolved within a short time. That's what you want: no discussion about what is or isn't feasible or being put on a waiting list. Just getting it sorted!

Switching was so easy! I was dreading it, but it all went smoothly. Perfect! The only downside I can think of is that the settings page looks different and uses somewhat different terms than my previous provider. And really that's not even a downside, because it's clearer now.
