In recent times, our team has been working hard on several innovations for our resellers. Therefore, we are proud to announce the launch of a brand new Whitelabel package and significant updates to the reseller platform. These updates are designed to further improve the service for customers and resellers and offer new opportunities for both new and existing customers.
New Whitelabel Package
We have introduced a new Whitelabel package. With this new package, it is possible to register a domain name completely whitelabel, without any reference to my.host. It will not be visible to the outside world that your domain name is registered with my.host. This package is ideal for customers who want to resell their services themselves and project more professionalism.
We have been able to achieve this by registering with a second account under a whitelabel name at SIDN, the registry for .nl domain names. For other extensions, a whitelabel registrar is already being shown. In the WHOIS database, my.host will no longer be visible as the registrar, and separate nameservers will be used without reference to my.host.

This Whitelabel package is available to all customers of my.host for € 4.99 per month. Furthermore, it is offered free to customers with a Reseller Enterprise or Reseller Premium package. Customers with another type of Reseller package, or without a Reseller package, can still use this service by purchasing it separately.

New Servers for Resellers
From now on, reseller packages are delivered on separate servers and completely separated from regular hosting packages. These servers are without any reference to my.host. By separating this, we can better optimize the servers for resellers and meet the needs of resellers. Because there is no reference to my.host, resellers can better promote their brand name without association with my.host.
New Reseller Package
To meet the growing needs of our customers, we have introduced a new reseller package, the Reseller Premium package. This package is equipped with enhanced resources, including 4 cores CPU and 4GB RAM for each user in the package.
This means a doubling of the resources compared to all other reseller packages and can significantly improve performance for customers. Furthermore, the new package offers 150GB of storage space and can support up to 150 users within your package.
Additionally, this package also contains several exclusive Premium features such as a Web Terminal, Git Manager, priority support on tickets, and a range of import and migration tools. The new Whitelabel package is also included for free in the Premium package.

This new package costs € 49.99 per month. When paid annually, this package costs € 29.99 per month for the first year.
Upgrade offer for existing resellers
If you are already a reseller and would like to upgrade to the new Reseller Premium package, you can temporarily upgrade for the promotional price of € 29.99 per month when paid annually. After the first year, the regular rate of € 49.99 per month will apply.
