Mail from my server bounced: You are not allowed to connect
Do you have your own server and receive a bounce email with the following message:
554 5.7.1 You are not allowed to connect
Then the IP address of your server is probably blocked in the Symantec database. You can easily request an IP removal for this via: https://ipremoval.sms.symantec.com
After submitting the request, it may take some time before the IP address is removed from the database.
It is also a good idea to check if your IP address is listed in the databases at: https://mxtoolbox.com/blacklists.aspx
