How to log in as a user as a reseller

As a reseller, you can easily help your customers by logging in as a user. Useful if you need to support your customers. For example, if you want to renew SSL for a customer, add a domain, or make a quick adjustment.

In this article, we will show you how to log in as a user.

  1. Log in to DirectAdmin as a reseller.
  2. Go to the user list
    da-userlist
  3. Click on the username of the user
    da-username
  4. After that, you will see an option "login as username" click on it and you will enter the user's DirectAdmin environment.

Now that you are logged in, you can provide the proper support. After logging out, you will return to your reseller environment.
