Enable the Premium Spam Filter for your clients as a reseller
Because we believe that a good spam filter should be standard, we now offer the premium spam filter for free with all hosting packages.
In this article, we explain how you can enable the new spam filter for your users/clients as a reseller. Because not every user/client needs it, perhaps because their mail is routed through another provider such as Google or Microsoft, you can decide for yourself who you enable it for. Your clients can also enable it themselves if they wish, unless you have disabled the feature in your users' packages.
Log in to DirectAdmin as a reseller and click on "Extra Programs" or "Extra Features" in the menu.
Then click on Premium SpamFilter.
Here you will see an overview of your users/clients. You can check if it is enabled via check status. You can enable it via Toggle Protection. And you can manage the filter for your user/client if necessary by clicking on the login link.
To enable it, your users can follow this guide: Enable Premium Spam Filter

More info about our SpamFilter
The SpamExperts spam filter service is intended for anyone who wants to receive as little spam as possible. However, this spam filter offers more: phishing emails and emails containing malware and viruses are also filtered. This not only ensures less spam in your email account but also protects you against other threats that can arrive via email.
Because we like to keep everything under our own control within our network. And because we want to serve our clients as best as possible, we have a local cloud solution via SpamExperts. This means that the software is installed on our own servers, allowing us to manage and fine-tune everything ourselves.
We are not dependent on an external party and the servers are located in the Netherlands, so this is also fully covered from an AVG/GDPR perspective.
The servers are redundant, so you can be sure that the filtering does its job.
