Order your domain name and any other services such as web hosting through the shopping cart. The registration costs for the domain depend on the extension. Check the costs using the domain checker. During the domain transfer you can then enter a transfer code. You can request the transfer code from your (former) current provider. It's important that any “domain transfer lock” has been removed.
